On the page, click on the Become a Verified Caregiver button.
Step 2: Create Your Caregiver Account
Select: I am a caregiver looking for work
And click on create account.
You will be required to enter basic information such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Password
Make sure the details you provide are correct and active because they will be used for verification and communication.
After filling in your information:
- Click Create Account
Alternatively, you can click sign up with google to sign up with your google account.

Step 3: Verify Your Email or Phone Number
After signing up, CarePro will send:
- A verification email
- An OTP (One-Time Password) to your phone number
Open the email or enter the OTP code to confirm your account.

Step 4: Set up and Verify Your Caregiver Profile
Once your account is active, log in and set up your profile.
Click on the hamburger menu (the three lines on the top right) and select profile.
Click edit profile and click on the camera icon to upload a profile picture.
Under personal information, ensure you update your phone number, location and bio.
Click save changes to save your update

To verify your profile:
Click on the hamburger menu (the three lines on the top right), select Verify my identity.
Click on start verification.
Read the instructions and click continue.
Fill in your details as it is appears on a valid ID:
- First name
- Last name
- Middle name
- Date of birth
Click continue.
Select a means of government identification either:
- Bank Verification Number
- National Identification Number
- Virtual National Identification Number
Input the number
And click Continue and follow the instructions to verify with a selfie
Step 5: Upload Required Documents
Upload your certificates or training documents.
Ensure all uploaded documents are:
- Clear
- Valid
- Not expired
- Uploaded in the correct format
Step 6: Submit Your Application for Verification
After completing your profile and uploading documents, submit your application for review.
